Two-Factor Authentication

Users may choose to enable two-factor authentication to their Ango Hub account, adding a layer of protection to the login process.

When two-factor authentication is enabled, you will be required to enter a one-time code when logging in to Ango Hub.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication for your account.

How to enable two-factor authentication

From the Ango Hub dashboard, click on your profile's avatar on the top right of the screen (1). Then, from the Account page (2), enable the Two Factor Auth toggle (3).

A dialog will appear:

Download an authentication app such as Google Authenticator (iOS, Android) or Authy.

From the app, tap on "Add a code" (or similar). If your device has a camera, click/tap on "Scan a QR Code" (or similar). This will add the 2FA key to your app:

If your device does not have a camera, pick the option to "Enter a setup key" (or similar), and enter the setup key displayed on Ango Hub.

Click on "Next" in the dialog on Ango Hub. The following dialog will appear:

Enter the code displayed by your app and click on "Check Code". If the code is correct, 2FA will be enabled for your account, and you will be required to enter the code displayed on your app to log in.

Logging In with 2FA

If 2FA is enabled for your account, after clicking on Log In, you will be prompted to enter the code generated on that moment by your 2FA app:

Once you enter the code and click on Submit, you will be logged in.

Seeing who has 2FA enabled in your organization
