Two-Factor Authentication

Users may choose to enable two-factor authentication to their Ango Hub account, adding a layer of protection to the login process.
When two-factor authentication is enabled, you will be required to enter a one-time code when logging in to Ango Hub.
We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication for your account.
From the Ango Hub dashboard, click on your profile's avatar on the top right of the screen (1). Then, from the Account page (2), enable the Two Factor Auth toggle (3).
A dialog will appear:
Download an authentication app such as Google Authenticator (iOS, Android) or Authy.
From the app, tap on "Add a code" (or similar). If your device has a camera, click/tap on "Scan a QR Code" (or similar). This will add the 2FA key to your app:
If your device does not have a camera, pick the option to "Enter a setup key" (or similar), and enter the setup key displayed on Ango Hub.
Click on "Next" in the dialog on Ango Hub. The following dialog will appear:
Enter the code displayed by your app and click on "Check Code". If the code is correct, Ango Hub will show you five backup codes you can use to log in if you ever lose access to your authentication device:
Please ensure you save your backup codes in a safe place. They will be your only and last resort to be able to log into Ango Hub should you ever lose access to your authentication device. Clicking on the "Download Codes" button will download a text file containing the codes.
Once you click on "I've Saved my Codes", 2FA will be enabled for your account, and you will be required to enter the code displayed on your app to log in.
If 2FA is enabled for your account, after clicking on Log In, you will be prompted to enter the code generated on that moment by your 2FA app:
Once you enter the code and click on Submit, you will be logged in.
If you are an organization admin, you may make 2FA required to all users who wish to access it.
To do so, navigate to the Organization page from the navigation bar at the top and enter the Settings tab. From there, turn on the Enable for all users in organization toggle.
After toggling this on, if a user attempt to access the organization and they have not yet set up 2FA, they will be prompted to do so.
As an organization admin, click on "Organization" on the top navigation bar. In the "Members" section you will be able to see who has 2FA enabled:
